OK The K8 is a Brabus model. They are ridiculously expensive and highly tuned. The Mercedes version of the BMW Alpina, they are available in CLK's, SL's etc pretty much all the models, it's basically an engine and the bits on a normal Merc. £200K sounds a bit steep to me. 4.3 to 60, the SLK55 does it in 4.9 and they are £49K.
