Players in the last year of their contracts

Some of these players have options in their contracts to extend for another year/already seem to have agreed new deals, and others seem to already be on their way elsewhere, but a few notable names who could well be attainable for a reasonable fee. Anyone you'd take from the below?

I’d be all over Tielemans as he’s good, can get better and is comfortable in the league. I did have that Soler on my radar at one point but no idea what he’s been like for the past year or so. Thought he looked very good at one point.

I would take every player on that list.

Except the ones who play for us.
