These other European giants: AC Milan, Real Madrid etc must look at us sometimes and wonder what all the fuss is about.

I still doubt we'd be out had he played both legs.

If only we played the same system and tactics as we do in the league. We scare teams to death, yet in Europe WE look like the rabbits in the headlights.

This kind of performance is shocking and £#%&!ing needless.

We needed him to stand up and be counted tonight,Gattuso has covered him all over the pitch and not given him a sniff.

Its all very well doing it against teams like Everton etc but when youe on a contract like he is you need to do it on the biggest stage.

As i said its not so much of a dig as Ronnie is class he can just go missing when we need him most.

He will do the same against Cheslea.

It's utterley £#%&!ing unforgivable.

Why doesn't Ferguson ever 'go for it'?

We needed to change things at half time.Saha comes on with 13 minutes left.

I was thinking for a minute that deciding World Player of the Year over one tie was harsh in many ways. But ultimately performing in the biggest games is what defines that player.

As I recall he was man of the match in the world cup semi final.

Not something that can be said by many united players...or in fact any.

That pissed me of, nothing was happening for us, but Fergie did not make a change to too late. Richardson at left back, Saha up front, Smith on, give it a go at least.

We went out with a whimper.

No so call dissapear, but not his usual self if you know what i mean. He seems to crowded out, but it dosn't help when he has Fletcher and O'shea around him.

Your post was about comparing great to world class....remind me how many world cup semi finals Kaka has been man of the match...erm never.

The point is #@&%!, you're criticising our best player of the season when no @#%&! else turned up. A player who is 3 years younger than the player you're on about and a player who I have no doubt he will be better than. There are quite a few better targets for you vitriol tonight, Giggs being one.

Now £#%&! off.

Giggs was shite tonight, as Captain he should have been much braver, but he bottled it big style tonight, his touch went to pieces, and he could not handle the expectations. With Heinze behind him the whole left flank was rubbish, every throw in was messed up.

Talent wise we are as good as Milan, but we lack leadership.
