Pretty poor official thread imo.

Bit slapdash and no effort made, just a cut and paste of the groups and a couple of wishy washy questions.

Where are the graphics? Odds? List of group games with date and times?

It's like something Mr Ed used to throw together in an attempt to get in first with an official thread. :shakehead:

Greatest show on Earth? Not on here it isn't!

Argentina are also based in the south of the country, don't think they will play anywhere above São Paulo, no energy-sapping matches in the Amazon plus they will qualify from the group with a game to spare.

Holland aren't expecting much themselves, but if Big Louis Big Balls takes the United job, obviously going to be rooting for them.

England will not get out of their group... South American winner... So I am going for Argentina... Messi seems to have been saving himself for the world cup, out of the European Countries I can see Portugal going the furthest....

That £#%&!ing ball ruined the entire World Cup.

Nobody* could put a shot on target from outside 10 yards.

Have to agree with this tbh. Surprising from Bunks tbf.

However, Belgium are interesting and could be this World Cups Denmark86.

Brazil have a poor squad in many respects but national fervour and all that.

Messi could Maradona it for Argentina.

Therefore, I think Spain will win.

Done on my phone, to steer the good ship Fred away from the utter shitfest that's was 13/14 in the domestic scene.

Lack of graphics in a build up thread....been done before.

Thanks for throwing your ideas into the this chilled Sunday build up pot...

Mix them up.

It's the world CUP.

Spain's squad is even better than Germany's IMO. That midfield has everything, and they've got a proper centre-forward in Diego Costa. They'll wear teams down with their possession football in the Brazilian heat, too.

I just think some of the better coached teams will be able to hurt them on the counter, much in the same way that the tiki-taka sides have been exposed in the Champion's League.

It will be very interesting to see how LvG deals with them. That Holland v Spain game is probably the one I'm looking forward to most. That group looks very exciting.

Diego costa to score 6 or more goals. 36-1 on skybet. May slam £20 on that.
