Default It will be a travesty if we sign Tevez for £20m+

Was woeful yesterday.

Don't see why he is valued around £30m

he is woeful with shots from outside the box.
he is pathetic at close range finishing.
can't head the ball.
doesn't have pace to beat defenders.

He has decent touch, control and close range dribbling. But to pay around
£20m-£25m would be a big mistake.

better if we go and sign a fit saha kind of player.

No he isn't.

Don't recall anyone in the squad scoring from far outside the box this season.

You forgetting West Ham at home last season? Absolute tap in that one.

Maybe just maybe, professional footballers are affected by confidence, just like everybody is, and when you're looking very sharp at the start of the season, then you start, what was it, 1 in 7? Surely that's gonna affect him? Then he is clearly asked to play deep. Do you not think his confidence may be affected?

But with rooney and berbatov he will always have lesser number of games. Will we give the same excuse always?

He compounds all this by some atrocious decision making. Ronaldo and nani were free a couple of times yesterday yet he went were pathetic shots instead of passing to them.

Wayne Ear's : heading you have said blackburn. Thats the only one I can remember he scored ( from 2 yards ). But then I remember so many that he missed. city?? Also the tap ins he missed... bolton away? from 3 yards out???

Oh right.

You said he can't finish from close range. I have just told you instances where he can.

I think your argument is on it's way to being shoot down to be honest. I can see you seeing your arse rather soon.

He also scored many of our most important goals - Chelsea, Liverpool, Lyon, Blackburn. Goals that helped us win the Double. Do you remember?

Rooney apart, name another United player that has a higher work rate ethic than Tevez. The man never gives up.

sign him up.

Last season in the 1st half of the season, he didn't start many big games. Look how his season finished up. Leading the line in the CL final.
