Your woman in the shop had the stickers but nearly had a breakdown when I asked about the album saying she didn't know just paid for my orange juice and left it there

Just had my first sticking in session with the new book.

Very nervous time: 4 years since I was last in the zone and I was very conscious of fumbling and having a catastrophic mis-alignment occur.

Happy to report everything passed off without incident and we're in tip top condition.

I'm going 4 packets a day I've decided (did 9 today)...gonna take it nice and smooth.
