i've met wolves fans and quite a few wimbledon fans at games. the best way to enjoy FC is too not get too involved with the politics of it all.

I think the support(vocal) is 2nd to none, but to many "holier than thou" types slagging me/others off because I go to OT, admittedly only go to LMC and then the Bishops, So for that reason I'm out

What was the score with the Wolves fans as i think i would understand the Wimbledon fans going to FC.

as funny as it may sound they too were disillusioned with the state of affairs at their club and appreciated what FC was about (this was very early doors). I don't go to FC nowadays for the same reason I don't go to United. At first FC was a release to meet up with mates without getting ripped off and enjoying a good saturday afternoon getting pissed and having a sing song. Once it became a seperate team to United then I realised it wasn't for me and I understood that once they started getting promoted and into the bigger leagues then money would become the main factor. The reasons i would go to OT or Gigg lane nowadays are for that factor purely, to see old mates have a laugh etc etc. The last season I watched United I worked out that I had paid nearly £10k out and that was the reason I stopped.

Always a good piss up FC, especially aways. Still not sure I can face going back to Gigg Lane though- I hate it so much
