not saying it wasn't a foul, just that it wasn't worth a penalty because he was chasing after a ball that was going away from goal. actually knowing evra he probably wanted the contact more than he wanted the ball. hold it up against the quite similar incidence of kanchelskis in the cup final - that was a foul, but he was running straight through on goal and would've met the ball and probably scored. it (maybe) wasn't a penalty cus it was (maybe) outside the box, but it was worth a penalty and sinclair should've been sent off.
