Porto's Ricardo Quaresma arrived in Milan at 23:00 CET to (finally) complete his transfer to Inter. Terms have now been agreed between the clubs - initial fee of €18.6m plus the registration of Inter's 20-year old Portuguese midfielder Pelé (valued at €6m) - and the deal will be wrapped up tomorrow. The total fee could reach as much as €30.6m, depending on whether various conditional terms are met over the next three years.

Forgot about this thread. Probably worth mentioning that Fluminense's Brazilian international Thiago Neves joined Hamburg the other day:
Also, Benfica sold right-back Nelson, who United fans should remember for doing some serious damage against us on a couple of occasions, to Real Betis last week, bringing an end to what had become an very unhappy time for him in Lisbon. |

Luisao is so £#%&!ing terrrible these days
Do you know much about Sidnei, Serenity? He's another Brazilian central defender who made his debut for Benfica against Porto on Saturday. Looked very composed. 19-year-old signed from Internacional for a fairly big fee. Also, Santi Solari, who was released by Inter over the summer, finally completed his move back to Argentina last week, joining San Lorenzo. |
