It's a criticism that goes back to last year when he played Bruno and a few others in dead rubbers. I've had my issues with Fernandes and he's probably our best player but that doesn't mean he is part of our best team regardless of opponent. Even top players get rotated for a number of reasons, Bruno should be no exception.

This reminds me of a cup tie. Not a classic one like beating the Scousers the other week but one of those televised cup ties were it’s a Premier League team vs a lower league team. It’s comfortable and there’s no challenge because of the superior quality (£#%&! me, am I actually saying this about Crystal £#%&!ing Palace?) one team has.
