 It's been interesting to hear even people who have been great players and are supposed to know their stuff say that United at Newcastle was a much more attacking approach. Players let off the leash etc. When in fact it was just United doing what most teams do in England, which is to sit off, let the other team have the ball and wait for the space. In England, counter attacking is the new attacking. Schmeichel even suggested it was Van Gaal bowing to pressure and going for it. Utter, clueless nonsense
