Seba almost single-handedly paid for Estudiantes' training facility, which is now one of the best in South America, and he's helping out with the cost of their new stadium too. It wouldn't surprise me if he had a swansong in Europe to help finance all this, and City would have given him the most money. So it's all the funnier that he turned them down.
