Would you class any of them as 'enjoyable'? Not for me. Again the big fixtures fail miserably to deliver any sort of entertainment.
Everton v Liverpool was an exercise in anti-football. A woefully poor liverpool side scoring 2 goals after doing their best to kill the game from the first whistle, whilst Everton huffed and puffed and couldn't muster a decent finish between them.
Arsenal v Chelsea was all over the minute Drogba scored. Arsenal looked as dangerous as a doped up puppy. Chelsea spent 95% of the game holding them at arms length whilst letting them do all their best 'pretty football' 40 yards from goal. A total non-event.
Barca v Real Madrid was a strange one. First 20 mins real madrid looked like they might cause barca problems but once ronaldo missed that sitter, barca took over. With all the petty, scrappy fouls there was never any danger of a football match breaking out. The galacticos failed miserably to live up to the pre-match hype. Kaka looks a shadow of the driving force of Milan, and Ronaldo was nowhere near match fit. Speaking of Ronaldo, if real madrid want to get the best of him they're going to have to decide where the £#%&! they want him to play.

I think it's the way the games are being reffed now.
People want to see flowing football and it's difficult when you have a big fairy like Drogba falling to the floor at the slightest contact and no common sense applied that this is (or was) a contact sport.
They failed to see that in bringing in stricter rules on tackling to protect flair players that it would just lead to an epidemic of diving and games being decided by set-pieces.
