A penalty doesn't decide anybody's ability.

I was merely pointing out if we want to compare random players abilties let's compare him with the one you love, considering you hate Berbatov.

Oh and Tevez missed a penalty for Argentina recently.

Great record for Argentina, though, about 12 goals in about 1249 caps.

He does have a good record in the Carling Cup, tbf.

Tevez will score about 15 goals this season for City, which is poor considering he'll be playing every week and is "world class", no?
