Should be involving Bale in the deal. Only a matter of time before the next flavour of the month attacker catches Perez's eye or he feels Madrid need another ostentatious display of their spending power.

it sounds like that could be whats going to happen, as good as DDG hes just a keeper at the end of the day, bale would become a legend here

How have the club let his contract run down so far without starting negotiations ? Any fee in the summer will be significantly lower with 12 months to go.

We do not want a repetition of the post Schmiechel years, Bosnich, Barthez, Carroll, Howard, Ricardo, Taibi, Kuszcack, had to go through a lot of crap before VDS. He might only be a keeper but there are very few at his level.

valdes could be a new VDS imo

We should probably be monitoring the Lloris situation. If he goes and we get Big Hewgs it'd soften the blow.
