Default Red Bull addiction

Realising I've consumed on average 2/3 cans per day since the age of 15 has slightly shit me up this morning, anyone else suffer from the same disorder?
Tips on quitting etc?

Banned in france and they give their kids booze.

Anyone noticed how they put those energy drinks in What looks like beer cans now. Makes the kids want to buy them so they look cool.

Relentless is great tbf. RedBull is crap in comparison.

Few accusing looks off old people when drinking it in the morning though.

Maybe the OP should check in to the priory asap?

Your main risk in consuming them that often is diabetes and heart problems. I'd knock it on the head if you can... I have about 1 a week, used to have loads more but realised for a number of reasons they're bad news.

Can't really recommend tips to get off them, you just have to stop drinking them. Try healthier alternatives like lucozade (short-term not as much of an effect but long-term much better).

Slightly Red-Bullish but much more pleasant imo. They do a few flavours though, Inferno tastes a bit like orange Lucozade and the juiced one aint too bad.

Had a tester of some Red-Bull vape last week, horrible does not even come close to describing it, got that on edge sickly feeling off it too. Poured it away to stop me from ever trying it again.
