It's huge for him that he got his goal. Hopefully he pushes on now.
That's what happens when you sign players late in the window to save a few quid. The owners are a fantastic cancer, I almost wonder if they're Liverpool fans.

Would have had 2 in 2 starts if not robbed last Sat.

Will be an absolute beast.

This.

Would love to see him with Antony and garnacho running either side of him.

As you probably know, there are well sourced rumours that Woodward was/is exactly that.

Think he’ll score 20 in all comps this season. Initially thought he’d bag 15ish but he seems sharp. Once he’s fully fit and bedded in he’ll be top.

Looks a player. Only current bright spark. Rest is very tough to watch.

He's a breath of fresh air compared to what we've had up there the past couple of years. Great to watch, just need to give him better service and he'll do really well.

Still worried we are asking too much of him - he’s a young lad in a new country etc

Looks a great prospect though for sure - could be a very good signing

I like it

The lack of service to him is crazy. He's not the focal point he should be yet.

I think once Rashford gets used to him, they'll be great together but Rashford is still in the mode where he has to do it all himself and attempt to score wonder goals all the time.

He's got it all to be a great striker but he needs to get fitter. Blowing out of his are after an hour in both matches.

That's Rashford's game unfortunately.

Must have imagined Rashford getting the assist for his first goal last night.

not sure it's healthy / ideal for a 20 year old kid to be our only striker with no competition for places. not only can it encourage complacency (luke shaw syndrome) but having to play him every game we want to win is going to cause burnout (in a kid who already has a dodgy back which is made worse by playing too much). a properly run club would have probably 2 more experienced strikers to pick from with rasmus introduced gradually.
