Given the scope of the word 'terrorism' in the gov's anti-terror act, it could range from blowing people up to damaging property to hacking, though. And note the use of the wording 'concerned in'. Obviously glad the nazi scumbags got caught though.

So what would you replace them with?

if you were in charge we'd be speaking a Chinese/Russian hybrid language in no time. Chussian or Rhinese.

To be fair, their women are better looking than ours so that may work come to think of it.

He was Polish, there are actually some neo-Nazis amongst them. Which is pretty incredible given their history and everything.

My vote goes for a security service that prioritizes protecting ordinary people above protecting imperialist and corporate interests.

Not a lot to ask for but anyone with a brain knows which one is going to be prioritized

The use of ‘Concerned in’ isn't as sinsiter as youd like it to be. It’s so as to include people that assist in a criminal enterprise but who would not be guilty of an offence with narrower definition.

For example, it’s common for people to be ‘concerned in’ the supply of drugs without actually handling any actual drugs by doing acts preparatory to a supply - ie Mr Big directing the operation, or someone at the bottom end dropping of the bash for mixing at the drug factory.
