Rules:
You start with 30pts and have 5pts per day and a 10pt win festival NAP.

You have 5pts per day to bet , split at no lower than 1pt win or 0.5pt e/w
If you fail to place any of the bets, you will forfeit those bets - miss your NAP, you drop to 20, miss a day's betting, you drop those 5pts, i.e. use them or lose them. It is therefore in your interest to participate fully.

All results are based on the number of places and prices on the BBC horse racing results website. Sorry tatty, there's no c**king around taking the price.

Schedule for betting:
Your 10pt Festival NAP must be placed by 1pm on Tuesday 14th March. This is an on-the-nose bet for any horse in any race for the festival.
Daily picks must be entered before 1pm on the day of the races that you are tipping for.

Non-runners
Note that you are responsible for your own non-runners.
Any non-runners can be switched until the start time of a given race. This is done simply by changing the nominated horse - the value of the bet and its win or e/w status remains as-is.
If your Festival NAP is a non-runner, unlucky, you lose out. Barring going lame, it wasn't much of a pick in the first place if it doesn't run.

Late entries
Anyone entering the competition after 1pm on Tuesday will forfeit their festival NAP and the points for each day that you have not submitted tips for.

where do we put them?

I think they normally do daily threads throughout the festival where you post your picks. Not sure though. I'm sure it will be clarified.
