We have a family of them living under the main arbour in the rear garden and they will brazenly wander around the lawn eating the seed that has fallen from the bird tables.

I have a 2.2 air rifle (with point tipped pellets) ready in the conservatory but have only had once opportunity which went slightly low and produced nothing more than an irate glance.

It's times like this that I was I had a working class ratting dog rather than a high maintenance golden retriever who refuses to get mud on his paws.

I live next to a railway line, so there are plenty of them there.
We also get some foxes & there is at least 1 badger set in the area too.

And there are birds of prey that hunt in the area too.

Never seen the rats venture away from the lines, but the cat has brought a couple of dead ones home.

At work we’ve thousands.....

Situated on the ship canal and we take in cardboard rubbish.....

They’ve got into all the walls outside and sometimes see fire teams of them mooching around, they will run right in front of you and they will stare you out...

Once the rubbish is shredded for burning they make complete cities inside the piles..

You can hear the sounds of rat nightlife and bustling rush hour communities...

They bring in dogs some times and they even tried some sort of falcon..

The dogs get ripped to shreds...
