Hethro knows. All about that crispy skin & sea salt crystals.

Ragu is better than chilli, but obviously that's a half day mission to knock up the real deal. Good option for leftovers though the next few days if you do a proper batch.

Put a full tub of M&S cottage cheese /w prawns on a huge jacket spud the other night. Lovely.

My usual toppings are pretty boring
Cheese and Beans with Worcester Sauce
Tuna Mayo
Chilli and cheese

Loaded skins - recognise.

Microwave then oven.

Remove, slice, scoop, mash with vitalite, salt, pepper, vegan cheese, spring onions. Don't scoop all spud out or it will collapse.

Bung filling back in skins. Carnivores can drop some diced chorizo on top. Under the grill for a few mins.

Serve with whatevs and a dash of hot sauce.

So proper/best baked potato

6 to 7 mins boiling. Then you let them dry (water isn't that tasty) when they are cool you coat them in olive oil, salt and black pepper.

Heat oven to 200

Put potato in (and this is where it's annoying) you have to watch the potato until it gets crispy. Once crispy you turn the oven down to 155/160 and just hesitate for everything to be soft.

That's the potato. After that it's up to you. I love tuna mayo but nojuxgement it just whatevs you like. Personally just beans sounds horrible but not in the judgement train

Just butter.
Maybe some grated cheese if I'm feeling like Rod Stewart.
