Actually done a complete 180 here and think it makes sense to sign him another season.
- now we have Lukaku I don't think we need another centre forward given our formation - how often do you get to January and need an attacking boost? Ibrahimovic would provide that - doesn't need integrating - no "transfer fee" so keeps that budget relatively intact to focus on haggling with clubs over other targets - good for the sqaud to have him remain, it became hugely apparent how popular he was after the Ajax game - future favours from Mino |
