When you’re in 3-4 competitions you have to have squad players. The Scottish Player and Fred actually for that matter would be very good 3rd and 4th choice CMs to have in the team.

Neither are good enough for the first team but I don’t think they should sell The Scottish Player. You won’t get any fuss from him, no media bullshit , no high wages . He’s industrial .

Also the way ETH is going, he may be able to improve some of these lot. You never know, he may be able to coach him into a first teamer.

The main morons have left, pogba , lingard, cavani. Matic and mata were long overdue aswell.

Ideally Jones , tuanzebe and telles leave . He then has a decent sized squad (hopefully with the addition of de jong)

He has

Always been pretty decent on the ball but just a bit suspect defensively but high I’m sure ETH can help with. He’s a much better option than AWB who is a joke of a player.

He should be 3rd / 4th choice & play a lot of the smaller home games & minor cup matches but it's nonsensical he & Fred are starting players for us.

Hopefully Eriksen, possibly Martinez & above all else De Jong will prove to be a huge step forward in quality there and we can allow him to play his natural game when he does get a chance. Otherwise we can move him on & get some decent cash to invest in a new striker or RB.

Maguire and rashford have to be playing their way out the club.

Been a scrappy half
Not much flowing football but clearly we’re the better team as we should with how many players Palace are missing
The bumpy pitch isn’t helping

Really good goal and Martial and Sancho have looked sharp
Not the case for Rashford and Bruno who have been poor

Fred and The Scottish Player just isn’t going to work
So hard to get the ball moving forward with quality when it’s going through those two

Don't they have any actual football stadiums over there? Why are they playing on a round, rock hard surface?

What a goal. Started off by Bruno’s back header, ball out to martial, and the composure from Sancho and VDB to play and find a open player
