The heroes of the 1980s like Robbo, Sparky, Norman etc. stood out because they were consistent even when playing with as bad a set of shit@#%&!s as we've ever had. Nothing to do with "compilations"
The likes of Donaghy, Ralphie, Leighton, Duxbury, Hogg were (rightly) absolutely hammered, not least by RedIssue.
