can't remember the year, but citeh at home, not sure if league or fa cup. even with 9 men on the pitch United still put one past them.

Good call, actually - given the consensus of opinion when that game kicked off........

Rob Smyth's infamous "Fergie's shredding his legacy" piece is much ridiculed now, but what is often forgotten is that most other pundits agreed with him. Hell, a huge number, if not a majority, of our own "fans" did

However, I would pick another game later in that campaign, Blackburn (h)

The comeback at Villa Park on a Sunday night...going 2-0 down with 20 minutes to go was a real hammer blow...turned out to be an even more amazing comeback than the 5-3 at Spurs.

Probably 200 on the pitch as well...

I agree but heres why it stands out for me

Atmosphere in K stand was amazing

Was in the last block next to J. The stairs were packed with jibbers, I broke my seat when we scored and nobody stopped singing from start to finish

It just felt perfect that night. Ended up out in town all night cos I was still living in the city centre back then. Woke up the next day and I was just glowing

I agree completely. Best game I've been to by miles.

Moscow was the result of the decade but I'll have to go with the Roma 7-1 for game

Incredible game that sent me into gloat heaven

I even gloated my way through the babelfish translation thing on all the international papers the day after

Has to be Roma. All I can remember was laughing when they started going in.

Arsenal away 4-2. and i got in for free.

I've been to lots of huge games and games that were just £#%&!ing wonderous:

Rio's last minute winner v the Verm
The Arse 2-0
Fletch 1-0 v Chelsea (Incredible atmosphere with the whistles and booing of Chelsea.)
I've seen us beat some Liverpool, City, some top European teams etc (but now I cant go )

But this season's game v City had me in tears at the end.Can't explain it, but the way we should have been out of sight, the way we almost threw it away at the death and seeing how City were supposed to give us a @#%&!ting.....gets my vote.

United 6 Arsenal 1. 5-1 half time, worth a mention.
