We put Maguire on as a cf, get a corner and play it short and back into mf

Imagine grafting getting the team 1 up and watching rashford come and play like it's an over 35s exhibition game.

FT: 0 - 1. MU wins, but feels like a loss.

That was like watching a low rent Mourinho side in the end. That’s on the manager.

Love ETH but he £#%&!ed that up with his subs that completely unbalanced us
Under Fergie we didn’t go direct but worked the ball and worked the legs of the opposition

Really poor performance
A lot of work needed if we want to be able to play against intense high pressure

What a bunch of whingebags they are
Can’t stand Spanish sides

Hope we arent swapping shirts with these tw*ts.

Our passing was so poor. Shapeless second-half.

Rashford brain-dead as usual. Eriksen poor on the night, Fernandes wasteful.

Two more games we didn't need.

Let the game drift too much second half. Changes didn't work at all either.

Better depth in this squad is needed, especially the midfield and attack

Can't get my head around this play off nonsense. Finish 2nd in our group to play a team who's finished 3rd in another competition and gone out? How are they getting a second chance at another trophy?

Good win. Always a big ask to win by two. Robbed with thar bullshit pen at ours. We won the group. We all know it.

Through. Another win. Another clean sheet. Erik’s reds 😎

I refuse to believe the Maguire sub wasn’t a message to the owners that we desperately need to sign a forward in January.

Not arsed about who we draw, it’ll probably end up being a shite tie anyway. Unless they fix it to give the Europa a bit of glamour. Would rather have just avoided those two extra games.

All this because that @#%&! of a referee gave the Spanish @#%&!s an outrageous penalty in the first game

We were robbed in the home fixture against them, strange how that has been almost forgotten - even by our own fans.

A bullshit format.

UEFA can’t help themselves messing with stuff. More compulsive fiddlers than Jimmy Savile.

What an absolute farce we’ve won 5 of our 6 group games but have to enter a playoff of stay in the competition.

We weren't exactly spoilt for choice regarding subs tonight either. At least no more major injuries, hopefully.
