Just as we weren’t prepared to entertain a £54m release clause so they could fill their pockets when it suited them.

Tbf Real and Barca didn't need them.

Benzema and Lewandowski are both 34, and this #@&%! looks like a bigger mercenary than anybody in the game.

You’d £#%&!ing hope so but city don’t really lose players do they. Nobody has come in for De Bruyne, nobody came for Silva, Kompany or Ageuro, £#%&!ing hell even Guardiola has been there 6 years, 2 years longer than his beloved Barca

It’s a bit different with this #@&%!. They’re clearly going to milk him for every penny and fee they can.

Judging by his dad's comments he has his career mapped out already. It would have been interesting if Spurs accepted the 100M for Kane last summer where Haaland would be now but I don't think he will be hanging around like Aguero did.

on to Spain in 3 years.

Real Madrid for 3 years - then on to Milan or Juve.

We'll buy him when he's crippled at 35.

De Gea, Ronaldo, Casemiro on £1.2 mil a week between the 3 through at least this year and next .. two have them have been rooted to the bench, the third is one of the most loathed players on Fred by all accounts. Also about 98 years between the 3 of them of course -- but I remember now that age doesn't count on these things

Not a huge difference in wage bills even w/ bonuses etc accounted. City squad much slimmed down now.

They've put the red carpet out for his dad and I find that really weird. He's pocketed tens of millions in the transfer, already spoken about future moves, appears on the touchline for live TV before the game. I've heard stories of dads living their dream through their sons in youth level football but Alfie Haaland is something else.

They’d have won the league and He’d probably have scored 40 goals. They’d have most likely won the European cup as well

maybe. they have enough good players to adjust their game for him. it's not like haaland did any pressing either.
