Chuffed with this signing tbh, I know many weren’t that excited but I think he’ll add much needed quality and depth.

Oh nice. Good player, absolute no brainer on a free. Another player very comfortable on the ball 👍

2 signings in 1 day

In fairness he's a very good creative midfielder who showed last season that he can still be one of the most creative players in the PL

Not sure where exactly he'll play but he is versatile

good signing - Ronaldo would have thrived on the balls he fires into the box

Nice to have entirely new midfield options. Get FDJ and Martinez in and suddenly it looks quite a good midfield:

McFred
Eriksen
FDJ
Martinez

Good options.

Now go and get a forward. That is desperately needed with or without Ronaldo

Love this signing. Players who can actually handle a football, created so much for Toney last season….might make Ronnie fancy it a bit more.

Martial passed with his weak heart. Should be fine.

on a free, given our lack of players, this makes too much sense for us.

Shrewd move, always been a big fan.

perfect a real midfielder.

him , Fred and the de jong (if he decides to join our project) will be a good midfield functional midfield.

if we can get a forward to replace ronaldo then have rashford and martial fighting for one position , sancho the other. That’s our front 3 as well.

this will humble and possibly put Bruno on the bench by December.
