Sitting having a coffee with a book.

Iím reading a book called ĎBoredomí, which is surprisingly absorbing and quite concerning with its conclusions about parents over-stimulating their children.

Seems weíre breeding future generations of manically anxious kids who donít know how to sit quietly and contemplate life.

A late summer evening blast on your push bike empty-ish roads, cool breeze, still warm enough for shorts and t-shirt, music on. Bliss.

Mrs out with the girls so Spotify on the tv, glass of wine and being able to turbo post on Fred on my Macbook (instead of a mobile with typo's ahoy) whilst writing a best man's speech.

Solitude. Loneliness and being alone donít always mean the same - as Roddy Frame once penned.

A massively under-rated way to spend time.
