I bet they floated the idea of Tampa Bay.

Have the other teams fly over/increase interest from the American market BOOM win:win

City - but the berts won’t allow that. A club so obsessed with us that it changed its ketchup to a blue colour isn’t going to be gracious in any respect - despite us playing at their place in the war.

The whole thing won’t happen so I’m not sure why I’m wasting my time even thinking about it.

I'm surprised the Glaser scum haven't tried blackmailing the local council to help pay for some of it.
It's what they did in Tampa with the Buccs.
(OK, they can't threaten to move too far, but far enough).

At Tampa they threatened to relocate them unless the state built them a new stadium.

Imagine them threatening that over here.

Ironically the yanks would call that socialism.

the premier league and english football however is a flagship of shameless capitalism and that won't be happening here.

Can sense the angry Gary neville tweets from here! He’s always one to stick the boot in once the horse has bolted.

Is that train line in use?

The station at Old Trafford is not in use anymore?

Could do a rotation like England did, play in different towns and cities in the UK for a season then the next season take it international. Struggling to see any downside tbh.

Depends on how far they want to relocate. Any other part of Manchester, I doubt the PL will care.

And I'm not even sure if there are any rules or regulations in place about teams moving.

It’ll be like the house they build for Flanders in The Simpsons.

“This is the dressing room with electricity, but it has too much electricity….”
