is bloody fantastic.

i had their garstang blue on some homemade burgers at the weekend and it was simply divine, darling

what are your favourite cheeses? and what do you have to accompany them?

Nothing too smelly.

Had some wensleydale with cranberries in whilst watching the football last night along with some mature cheddar and grapes

There's a farmers market regularly where I buy Jalapino pepper cheese or Jamaican jerk cheese.... Amazing stuff.

Cathedral city is the best for cheese on toast.

Lovely stuff, used to buy that at a farm shop in Lancaster. Bloody love cheese me, especially strong cheddar. Trying a Wenslydale with blueberries in it at the moment, it's very good, nqat.

Made a warm pear, walnut and Gorgonzola salad for starters on Friday evening

twas on rocket, dressed in balsamic and walnut oil
