He is a young lad.

In your eyes ETH can do no wrong but in todays game managers don’t get anywhere or make any friends by being so harsh.

Sancho hasn’t covered himself in glory but ETH took the piss.

You only have to look at social media and all the support he is getting from our current players and players at other clubs.

Nothing compared to the Shinji Kagawa highlights in Germany.

It's like being happy when your kid is doing really badly in school and then they send him to a special school and he's doing 'great' there.

You pretend to celebrate it, but you know. You try not to be ashamed.

Scousers and city fans love ETH. That in its self says it all
Arteta? You really have lost your marbles.

Nobody hates that Fraud. He’s just an amusement

I watched the full game instead of some scrambled Twitter highlights compilation, and Sancho was okay. Nothing special, but to be expected given how long it's been since he played regularly.

Darmstadt are awful, and probably the equivalent of a mid-level League One side. They've won 2 out of 17 Bundesliga games this season, and are rock bottom of the table, so not exactly a true test.

I personally still have huge questions over Sancho's ability and attitude at the top level. He lacks electric pace, struggled in the Premier League, and has shown to have a legitimate unprofessional streak.

Needs a big 4 months to turn his career around and not end up like a Nuri Şahin in the Borussia Dortmund comfort bubble of mediocrity. His attacking competition in the England squad are light years ahead of him at the moment.

"He's a young lad! Too harsh on him!"

*slates a younger Hojlund as not good enough even though he's 3 years younger and vastly less experienced*

Sancho actually had the ability.

Hojlund is just young. Not a special talent, not a wonderkid, just young and full of energy!

Ability without application is meaningless. May as well be a performer in Cirque de soleil.

Yeah, Psg and Spurs wanted Hojlund as well because he’s shit.

Genuinely embarrassing this. Ffs 🤦 he’s a sub in a poor league against a really poor opposition isn’t marked and knocks a ball 4 yards to man unmarked with a tap in. And suddenly he’s Kevin de bruyne 🤣🤣🤣🤣
