More e-mails just came out...here we go again.

Der Speigel may have been holding these back. If anything they sound more explicitly incriminating. Basically Etihad paid virtually none of the sponsorship money, and they’re all discussing it.

Stable door, horse, bolted.

but at least people can actually see what they've been up to now.

Der Spiegel deserve immense praise.

Our media continue to sicken and disgust me.

Not if it’s new evidence. There’s no double jeopardy in Uefa’s ability to bring new charges. You really think Europe’s biggest clubs are just going to sit back and accept all this?

City are challenging football’s entire governance structure all the way up to Fifa. If they can’t impose fairness then they have no purpose. The old first division teams kicking the Football League out and forming the Premier league will not have been lost on these people.

Yeah, looking like this might not be over after all. Though still not going to get my hopes up too much just yet.

Be interesting if Uefa do nothing and Leicester sue.

Must be nice for the accused to pick their own jury. Are Uefa imbeciles?

I'd say the jury is still out on that, but as City prolly picked that jury too, they said nope, UEFA are ace.

Yeah, but they’re not arsed or £#%&!ing about..

Manchester City want to sign four more players this summer. Napoli's Senegalese centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly, 29, and Inter Milan's Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, 22 are among those on their list of targets.(Sky Sports)

City have also made an approach for Atletico Madrid's Portuguese playmaker Joao Felix, 20. (Athletic - subscription required)

Meanwhile we’ll be wringing our hands wondering if and when Grealish would play and if it’s worth buying him :£#%&!er:

We need 5 first team players, now, this summer. Stop £#%&!ing about. Sadly there’s only one big club in Manchester these days, and it isn’t us.

Helps when you’ve got unlimited money tbf. We can’t compete with City unfortunately.

with the shiite we saw yesterday, especially during the first half, we are DESPERATELY lacking for alternatives in our attack

we need to find these types of players who don't cost an obscene amount and add a couple players then mix in a few of the academy kids

it was the second leg, of a europa league tie, with united 5-0 up at home, having just claimed 3rd place in the league.... and they still won 2-1...

still the scoreline doesn't reflect on just how lacking in depth we are missing

Everybody knows we lack depth, its just that last night was almost as much a "dead rubber" as you can get in football.

I don’t get all this ‘dead rubber’ excuse making. These are professional footballers, and I’d hate to imagine the total wage bill for that second string. Is it really expecting too much for them to perform well against sub par opposition? Is Dan James thinking “game means nothing so I think I’ll put in a shit ball”?

For these players this is their chance to get consideration for the first eleven; if they weren’t up to it just say so ffs. Making excuses.

I agree that it "shouldn't" matter, but in the real world it is normally going to have an effect.
