I'm hearing, and this is the latest from my sources, that this will be a world record-breaking bid. Whether it's 5 billion or closer to 6 remains to be seen but all indications are that it will beat the previous world record bid made for the denver broncos.

The only "news" is he's googled what was the previous record.

They just finished the feature with him and left the camera lingering, giving him time to again check his phone….and then look up to pretend that he’s been caught looking at his phone

Breaking. And this is just in. BOTH bids will be world record bids! Not ONE but TWO. TWO record-breaking bids bigger than the Denver Broncos.

As if Jim was going to lowball in a 2 bill offer

Why don't they get John Elway on the phone? See what he thinks because no-one else gives a £#%&!.

He also likes saying that the Glazers won’t sell if they don’t feel the price is right.

Yes, that’s how agreeing to things works.

Is it gonna be next round of bids till someone gives in or are they going to sealed bids.

Part of me wants them to tell the greedy @#%&!s to £#%&! off.

“£5.5bn?”

“Hmmm, stlll some way off our valuation. We might stay”

“Forget it then”

“Wait, no. actually, £5.5bn is fine”

I'd be all in favour of this if I didn't think they'd actually come up with a way of holding on and landing the club with a shit load more debt.

"You've got yourself a deal, I'll take the club"

"Are you going to make an offer?"

"Oh yes of course, erm, how much is it?"

"It's on at 5.7 billion"

"Oh....will you take five... point....6?"

"yeah"

Streets are calling him ‘Five-Billy Jim’

Think I prefer Jimmy Five-Billies though.

I'll tell you, you can tell Qatar now if you're watching it, Jim’s still fighting for this club, and he's got to go to the bank and get something, and I'll tell you, honestly, I will love it if he beats them, love it!
