Recently had to go mature due to shelf shortage and you know what I think my mild and medium days may be over

Haven't had mild or medium cheddar for years now. Only have mature tho if I can't get extra mature.

ALL cheese is great. Stilton has to be my favourite tho, I can mainline that shit.

If the vegans ever solve the issue of how to make good vegan cheese, then they'll be onto a winner.

missus got a mature brie by accident (i didn't even know such a thing existed) and it was lovely.

i've noticed that the older i'm getting, the more i prefer stronger tasting food and drink.
