AFTV posted a statement saying how appalled they were....but werent aware of the severity of the case when he appeared on the show on the 1st Jan.

Sentenced to 12 months, so only had to serve 6. Probably served most of that on remand waiting for his trial, so got taken off his sentence.

Presumably been recalled now to serve another year
