And I am proud and honoured to say that I am one of those people who saw him grace and glide over a football pitch .

The words genius and legend are bandied around these days, but in George's case they are so very true !!.

Lucky it was 60 years ago. He’d be at Getafe if he was around today.

I was lucky too,

Giggs, Ronaldo, Eric, Robbo, Charlton, Dennis, Edwards

When you think of all the magical players we have had, if I was offered the chance to bring back one in their prime it would be George without any hesitation.

There is a contingent of good reds who are relentlessly pointing out the hypocrisy of you virtue signalling #@&%!s, we won’t stop either.

You have a head shaped like a Holland’s Steak & Kidney pudding.

I suggest putting me on ignore to save yourself getting so worked up in future, you pudding headed little gimp.

If you match Liverpools legends to ours, ours literally piss all over theirs. Any British club tbf.

And I'd say we outmatch most of Europe too.

Barca and Madrids streets in front of anyone.

Likes of Utd, Juve, Inter, Milan, Bayern, Ajax maybe not too much in it.

Criminal negligence of the club by Edwards and Busby led to relegation. No wonder George got pissed off. Think he played his last game for United on New Year’s Day and the club was relegated 3 months later. £#%&!ing huge surprise. Even throughout his wayward spell he was still light years above the rest.

Sensational player.

Saw his first and last game. Easily in the top 5 goat. 3rd imho.

Largely because they get the pick of the South American players and get a huge financial advantage due to the structure of Spanish football. Even that second tier get limited opposition compared to the PL, that’s apart from the shit shit we get thrown our way.
