Default Monday night football 21/8/23 Palace v Arsenal

First question

Now I know it’s being going on for ages, but why are all the male presenters wearing those trainers with the white trim around the sole? Sponsorship?

Why did they buy Raya and keep ramsdale in nets....

Are they just going to surprise him one day ?

interesting that all the transfer speculation was about him even before they left him on the bench twice.

Watching the Arse pass the ball about, finding their man, picking the pass and keeping possession is depressing compared to our shit bastards.

Yep. It’s city-lite. They’ll grind a lot of wins out but it starts getting dull.

Roy Hodgson looks like my lesbian Nan.

Who was it who said they've never seen a decent MNF game the other day.

It’s classic palace so far - great energy levels, impressive stamina, some good attacking play, but utterly toothless up top.

Arsenal haven’t impressed.

They'll still win though, which is all that matters really when you're in the first stages of the season trying to build momentum

well there is a slight difference... one is a competent away win in a night game away at a tricky ground, last monday was a shambolic mess at home to a dogshit team.
