He can be a very good penalty box finisher when given service however as a footballer he’s not good enough to get us where we need to go

Just can’t see a fluid attractive Utd side competing with the best sides in Europe with Lukaku as the focal point however he is good enough to get us top 4

He's an expensive Hernandez. Touch of a sturgeon, Has some ability to pass but unlike hernandez has zero above his shoulders in footballing terms. Just bad at the game.

Touch of a surgeon for that goal

12 from 26 games in the league. You'd never have expected that after he got 7 from the first 7.

Looked nailed on for 25 league goals.

Yes, that's about it IMO.

Hernandez scores that one too. Expect that type from him TBH. His touch on that pass from Sanchez was £#%&!ing horrid. He did try and play some football but it wasn't good.

A lot of his work goes unappreciated but his touch is often poor. Think he’s a better player than he looks but still.... it’ll be interesting how we evolve upfront with plenty of options.

Just worrisome in that a perfect ball into feet is played out for a goal kick from a first touch outside the box. Now how does Jose drop him after he scores a goal? Jose likes a big £#%&!er up top but this guy doesn't seem turned on.

It's actually 25 games he's played. So five in his last 18 in the league.

Huddersfield, Stoke, West Brom, Bournemouth and Newcastle.

West Ham (2x) , Swansea, Stoke, Everton, Southampton, Palace for his first seven.

So no goals against the top 8 sides yet by my quick calculations.

He always looks bad vs bus parkers because he likes to run onto a ball. No good with his back to goal. Get your point, though. Poor touch for intricate stuff around the box.

Likes teams in stripes too (see above)

Tbf he was pretty much bought to score against rubbish, after all those enraging home draws last season.

You need to be able to do the lot at United though, don't you? Especially chasing this City side, we need a main man who is going to threaten 25 league goals next year. I actually thought, despite his very clear weaknesses, that he would be around that mark this season.

yep - he's not there yet and may never get there. Needs to work hard and I don't see training , but I'd be having him sort his feet out. He needs to figure out them things at the end of his ankles are important in this game.
