Agreed. Someone like Eriksen would have been a huge upgrade for us. James will improve once he has a trick outside of push and run.

Greenwood should have replaced James with about 30 mins to go.

But now? We finished one place below you in the league and for the first time since I've been alive on this planet there are a couple of players in the Utd team who genuinely wouldn't get in to ours.

Utd still way ahead of Wolves - as they should be - but if we lose to Burnley (we may well do that) it won't be because we raised our game last night. We were actually pretty lacklustre all things considered.

For the first time since Fergie went though you can see Utd are only a few players short of being back in business. Maguire is very obviously a Utd player, Wan Bisaka is granite and Martial/Rashford are clearly going to rinse a lot of defences - much, much harder to play against that a side with Lukaku as a focal point.

But on penalties, man. Your manager has got to take that one on the chin.

Two weeks ago in Europe, we were 2-0 up against some Armenian outfit. Cutrone made his debut as a sub, came on and won a penalty with all his own work. Got very Italian about it all and pleaded with Neves to let him take it so he could open his account. Neves handed him the ball and Nuno went MENTAL on the touchline and demanded it be given back to Neves.

Rashford takes that penalty, you win the game. Simple as that. We all know it.

Not a bad point just frustrating when you miss a penalty to win it

Pretty damning stats for anyone other than Matic (who probably has better stats) in a current United midfield. We are deffo short a creative midfielder.

If Sanchez hadn't proved such a £#%&! up they could have played him in there.
