Could do with a bit of that tbh. Deffo worked for Big McTommers

I like it from a banter POV. But our manager going to Keano for inspiration is a concern.

I said from the moment The Scottish Player stepped onto the pitch he had balls. No concerns there

absolutely wrong.

obviously keane needs to be managed but if ole can send out a team in the spirit of roy then we'd be doing ok.

That’s not the same as seeing him as an apppriate motivational speaker.

It worries me.

Hadn’t thought about LvG tonight but his two students getting the goals is a nice tribute.

If only we’d stuck with his vision instead of 3 years of Zlatan/Rom.

But it either helped, or did no harm

If we got smashed by City or played crap, then you may have a point. But we didn't.

I like the idea. Even fans who think he's a #@&%! generally agree with what he says, and when Keano says you need to have a certain attitude to play for United, you believe it. He's on par with the other great captains we've ever had, and he'd gladly invite anyone who disagrees with him outside to prove he believes in what he's talking about.

This is Manchester United. Not Sheffield Wednesday or Leeds
This.

Also he was probably on about Martial.

Not a chance in £#%&!ing hell I want the manager letting him anywhere near the players.

Educating young players. Reinforcing the attitude and culture he’s in the process of trying to install within the dressing room.

Which opinion?

I'll say this. Louis is as scary as anybody in football. Never heard Roy fat shame the press.

Think it’s absolutely superb there’s a player who even in bad days fave everything can never be called out for not giving everything everyday starts in training the warm up then game then repeat if they don’t wanna hear a true legend of the game address them then that’s there choice but think it’s superb ole asked him to talk. Actually surprised he agreed to it , but he loves ole so fair £#%&!s. Would have been easy to ask becks giggs Neville etc but he went to no1 for it. Hopefully Eric’s up next.
