Default Pronunciation questions- put them here.

How do you pronounce 'wreath'?

Does it rhyme with

a) Heath
b) Death

Had storming argument this morning with claret everywhere with my daughter who told me her (Russian) English teacher said b) and i said a).

English language is menkul at times.

Imagine learning English from scratch. Other languages at least have some rules.

We had arguments with the primary school over the "l" in salmon and the "b" in debt
