No manager wants to keep an unhappy player.

Joel desperately clinging to the last superstar the club is likely to have on their books for some time.

Resisted what?
No club has come in for him

He has to be gotten rid of as soon as possible so we can move on and ETH can rebuild the spirit and morale at the club

They’ll hold at until a few days before the window and then let him go (sporting maybe?)

By which time we’ll have no chance of signing a replacement.

About time he started looking after the club properly I‘ve really warmed to him lately. Got rid of that weirdo Ralf immediately when it became apparent that he had no clue what he was doing - has bought smart this summer and has obviously insisted we go all out for ETH’s targets - keeping Ronaldo… you have to respect it. I think he wants to turn this around.

Hope he tears the club apart, he won’t though. It’ll just be about himself obviously making sure he clears his name. If he wants to leave and still be on good terms with the fans then expose these @#%&!s for what they are

I reckon it’s already been decided he’s leaving

But the club won’t allow it until near the end of the window so they can squeeze every last penny out of his+our name- Shirt sales etc

Probably %@#$&!s but something is brewing in the back round…. I can feel it in my bones.

Meh.

We can't win £#%&! all with his 20+ goals a season, so it won't make a difference.

He's undermining the manager. Almost just by being there. If he doesn't buy in 100% to the manager then no one else will.

They’re going to have to release him.
