I was running out of air reading the rest of the replies, makes you rethink who you share a forum with. Anyone who doesnít say, none, gravy or curry shouldnít be eating chips.

Our chip pan growing up was the pride and joy. Was way older than me, was yellowish on the outside due to years of lard use. Made the best chips. Think it disintegrated in the 90ís.

Chip pan fat in the 80ís when it was left for a while and turned into that thick white sludge . Thank Eric for Air Fryers.
