Yup. People have been laughing at Boehly for flying around and trying to get all sorts of players. It’s a bit frenetic. But he’s out there making connections, and he’s starting to get in on deals.

A fair few players at Barca stay even when the manager doesn't like them because they think are great players who will outlast the manager. Frenke is in a similar boat.

Gutting to spend this long on it and have it not happen, but it’s a no from me. As soon as Chelsea came sniffing, we were in trouble.

Hopefully we’ll know by the end of this week and we can move on to other targets.

Pick up two midfielders and a new forward and things look a lot rosier.

On what basis can he not be bothered ?he's a model professional, being treated like utter shit by Barca and the quickest sharpest in training, scored and played well on pre season in America, his attitude is exemplary....

Also seems like a player that won't be bullied out if wages or contractually owed pay ..
