I'd take him or otherwise we'd be looking at Danny Ings or Billy Sharp.

He is quite shit though, although he's better than Weghorst.

He's not shit but picks up injuries too easily

It's never happening. With the money we already owe on transfers there is no way this is getting signed off before the official big Jim takeover.

Won’t happen under this new management. He’s injury prone, utterly pointless.

Our coaching staff believe that, with a couple of weeks high intensity training with us, he could be.

I see some are underestimating how desperate we are for a couple of forwards. I’d get him now then make a bigger splash in summer then you have he, Hojlund plus one.

what exactly would be the point in splashing what little money we have on a guy who's 31 and injured all the time?

And to what end? It's not like he's going to come in and give us a final push to finish top 4 or £#%&!ing win a title is it?

We. Don't. £#%&!ing. Create. Anything. You could stick Erling Haaland up front for us right now and he'd struggle to have an impact with the abysmal service.

We're going to finish about 7th, make our peace with that now, just limp on with what we've got - give some youngsters some minutes if we need to and just plan for the summer.
