So he thinks he'll be a better manager than Allardyce because he's a better player than Big Sam was. Disregarding leadership and people skills.

Then goes on to say one of the best forwards of his era - Mark Hughes - is a shit manager because he lacks people skills even though he shits all over Barton as a player.
