Default Roast potatoes

You can't beat cold roast potatoes left over from Sunday dinner.

Just tucked into a few...I thought I would share that.

My mum does ****ing fantastic roast spuds for Christmas. Parboils them, then sprinkles them with semolina then freezes them. On the day, she'll cook them in goose fat.

Best. Roasties. Ever.

You say you can't beat them, but off the top of my head, hot and probably even lukewarm roast potatoes beat them quite comfortably.

Hair splitter!

That's a different thing, they are part of the Sunday dinner at that stage.

The cold leftover ones are for when you are passing through the kitchen on the hunt for a nibble on something.
