Makes no odds. Three losses in three games have put paid to 2nd or 3rd anyway. We need to concentrate on getting the couple of wins we need for 4th. In all likelihood, we need one win from three games. Liverpool will not beat Chelsea. They are simply not good enough.

As an aside, do these attempts at projecting an opponents frame of mind for one of our games ever work out?

Anyway, we need to beat palace and hopefully this potentially shit end to the season goes away.

I wouldn't rely on Chelsea doing it against Liverpool though now they've won it. We've won it before now and lost the final few games to the likes of £#%&!ers like West Ham at home etc. the only slight hope is that Chelsea detest Liverpool and will want to beat them.

None of the teams we will play from here on will play the way West Brom did on Saturday. The gulf in quality between Arsenal and Hull is so stark that we really should be winning that game. If we don't well then we deserve the consequences. I don't think it will matter to us at that point.
