I wouldn't go that far.

Positional play and passing range is still erratic at times, and let's not even mention his shooting.

He's improving, but still a long way to go. The midfield needs major surgery, and if we invest properly, this lad may deservedly be on the periphery of the first XI if he's ousted by better players.

Could be very similar to Lindelof last year, in that he stood out as decent because of how utterly horrific the players around him were, but the reality is that he's not good enough.

Likeable lad though, and his attitude seems good. Needs to learn how to shoot, though.
